The handout includes 2 pages of check-lists meant to quickly help people in recovery maneuver past triggers and cravings.
Page 1 focuses on identifying warning symptoms and triggers, negative effects of drugs/alcohol, and the good stuff about being clean & sober.
Page 2 is aimed at urge management — i.e. what to do when it hits you.
Ideally the handout would be filled out in advance, but it can serve as an acute rescue packet too.
