Imagine you’re invited to a recovery costume party. Your clothes must symbolize sobriety. What would you wear? While you reflect on this very important question, download the coloring sheet and add colors.
Take a deep breath, relax your shoulders, and focus on nothing except coloring this design. Let go of all worries. Focus on the movement of pen or pencil on the paper. Focus on the colors. Go ahead. Give it a try. What do you have to lose?

If you’re using or in early recovery, drugs dangle in front of you making lots of false promises. They also follow you everywhere you go. If drugs = carrots, this is what you’re dealing with.
